3. Website Access & Use

Access to our website and Services may require certain technology such as internet connection and compatible devices. You agree to use the Services in a responsible manner and to comply with all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in restricted access to our Services.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for our Services are processed securely through Stripe. FasterFreedom does not store full payment details. Due to the nature of the intellectual property and resources provided upon joining the FasterFreedom Community, we do not offer a general refund policy. However, we are fully confident in the value and effectiveness of our program. As such, we offer a Conditional Guarantee. If you meet the outlined conditions in our Conditional Guarantee and do not secure a property under contract within the first 12 months of participating in the program, you are eligible for a full refund of your investment, minus any applicable transaction fees. Please refer to the full Conditional Guarantee section in your student agreement for specific requirements and instructions on how to claim your refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our website and Services are owned by FasterFreedom or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Disrupting or interfering with our website or Services;
• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
• Sharing your access credentials or allowing unauthorized access;
• Copying, distributing, or modifying website materials without permission;
• Harassing or abusing other users or staff;
